Dick has a long experience and deep knowledge of Mars Incorporated, having worked there since 1994 in various roles. Before becoming S&OP Manager for Mars Food Europe in 2007, he was Production Shift Manager, Key Account Manager, and Market Logistics Manager. Dick studied Mechanical Engineering at Delft University of Technology.
