Strategic Sales & Operations Planning

Cloe Zeng is Director of Integrated Planning and S&OP of Electrolux Major Appliances, a global leader in home appliances and appliances for professional use. In her role Mrs Zeng is responsible for supply chain strategy and development, international factory sourcing, demand forecast and inventory optimisation, sales operations and E-Business. Her continued business strategy of improving customer service and maintaining supply chain excellence ensures that Electrolux sustain their position in the marketplace. Mrs Zeng joined Electrolux in 2004 as Sales Planning Manager; she was promoted to Supply Chain Development Manager in 2006, and was made a member of the board of directors in 2008. In 2011, she was appointed to be Global Director and Integrated Planning and S&OP. She was a finalist of Young Manager of the Year 2006 (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, UK). Under Mrs Zeng’s leadership, in 2009 Electrolux were winners of ‘Best Collaborative Practice’ in the Supply Chain Distinction Awards, and winners of ‘Supply Chain Integration’ in the CILT Annual Excellence Awards.
